Member Core Values

Every Team1 member is different and can bring different forms of value to the program. However, we do have a set of founding core values that every member should align with.

1. Integrity Integrity is at the core of all actions. Members must be honest, ethical, and transparent in their dealings within and outside the community. Maintain high ethical standards in all activities, events, and interactions.

2. Leadership Members are expected to be leaders within their local and online communities. This involves organizing events, sharing knowledge, and being a go-to resource for all things related to the Avalanche Blockchain. Leadership also includes demonstrating empathy, inclusivity, and a willingness to listen and grow with the community. Team1 members should help and support new members when they join.

3. Innovation and Creativity We value members who bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to community engagement and problem-solving. Innovative thinking is key to expanding the reach and impact of the Avalanche ecosystem, especially in developing unique ways to introduce and integrate Avalanche in various sectors, universities, and communities.

4. Collaboration Avalanche Team1 thrives on collaboration. Members are expected to work together, share insights, and support each other's efforts in growing the community. This collaboration extends to working with developers, community members, and the Avalanche team, which will foster an environment of mutual growth and learning.
