Steps To Running Your Own Community Event

Once you are accepted as an Avalanche Ambassador you can start planning your first community event with support from the DAO.

In order to keep things standardized, we do require ambassadors to submit a proposal if they would like reimbursement for each event they would like to run. If an ambassador wants to run smaller events and does not want reimbursement they can skip the proposal process. The DAO can still provide guidance and marketing support. Everyone is free to run community events however only official ambassadors can apply for event reimbursement grants. Below you can find documents that outline the process of submitting a proposal and what you need to do pre/post event.
