Official Ambassador roles are divided into 3 main tiers; Ambassador, Senior Ambassador and Elite Ambassador.
The 'Cadets' role is a preliminary step to becoming an official ambassador and the Senate will help oversee the program. The partners group is for Avalanche Ecosystem projects who want to partner with the DAO, co run events, support the community and create bounties for the ambassadors. Below you will find more information on each group/tier.
Entry level to the Dao / Program. Open to everyone in the community. Not yet ambassadors but a little stepping stone to becoming one. The cadet role is designed for those who are interested in becoming ambassadors but do not yet want to apply or simply want to join the DAO and get their feet wet. You can come and join the discord, feel it out and when you feel you are ready, you can take the next step towards becoming an ambassador.

Join the Avalanche Discord Server
Complete the 'Level 1' quests to reach 100xp in Discord
Officially recognized as Avalanche ambassadors. Those who have been accepted through the official ambassador application process. At this level you will get access to reimbursemnet grants for events and activities. You will get access to ecosystem bounties from Avalanche and DAO Partners. Note: you do not need the cadet role to apply to be an ambassador. You can go straight to the application page.

Requirements:
Approval through the official ambassador application process. We are mainly looking for the following: - Ability to run IRL events (tech or non tech based) - Ability to create cool and engaging content with track record. - Can integrate Avalanche into universities - Can positively promote the Avalanche network both online and offline
Complete the 'Level 2 - Avalanche Training' quest in Discord
Highest performing ambassadors can be promoted to Senior Ambassadors. Senior Ambassadors will be more empowered, can start overseeing parts of the DAO, will help mentor new ambassadors and become more involved in recruitment

Requirements:
Reach a certain XP threshold with in the DAO by organizing events (IRL/Digital), completing bounties and contributing to the DAO.
Refer 3 ambassadors who are approved. One of whom successfully organizes a community IRL event.
Avalanche Fundamentals Certificate
Help Integrate Avalanche into one University (Eg: introduce us to a qualified University or organize a 2 hour workshop for CS students and onboard those students to Avalanche groups/Academy etc)
Elite Ambassadors have a deep understanding of the Avalanche Network and understand how to defend and promote it in social situations (online/offline). A mix of proven OGs/builders from the Avalanche Ecosystem and ambassadors who have elevated through the program. We want to bring in some already well known and strong personalities but also help build up new ambassadors through the program. The highest and most exclusive level of ambassador.

Requirements:
We plan to have a max of 12 Elite Ambassadors. Requirements will be provided to those who reach Senior Ambassador level.
Panel of 5 overseeing the program. The senate will gradually delegate leadership to Senior and Elite Ambassadors as the program evolves. The goal is to empower the Avalanche community to help run one of the biggest DAOs and ambassador programs in Web3
Responsibilities:
Get the program up and running
Provide support, mentorship, direction & drive
Connect ambassadors and approve funding.
A group of proven projects from the Avalanche Ecosystem who want to partner with the Ambassador DAO and support the Avalanche Community. These projects can add paid bounties into the pool for ambassadors to complete. This will help create a flow of fresh and interesting opportunities for Ambassadors while giving the projects access to a global network of ambassadors and talent to help them grow too.
