Steps To Running Your Own Community Event

Once you are accepted as a member of Team1, you can start planning your first community event with support from the program.

To keep things standardized, we do require members to submit a proposal if they would like reimbursement for each event they would like to run. If a member wants to run smaller events and does not want reimbursement, they can skip the proposal process. Team1 can still provide guidance and marketing support. Everyone is free to run community events; however, only official members can apply for event reimbursement grants. Below, you can find documents outlining the proposal submission process and what you need to do pre/post-event.
